Our meals are freshly made to order, using quality ingredients from local sources. Guests have told us that our pizzas are the best they have eaten in the Caribbean, and we're proud to continue and build on that reputation.
The Lazy Turtle menu includes all the familiar pizza classics: margharita, romana, marinara, prosciutto, pepperoni, vegetariana, calzone... And, depending on availability, we also offer our very own local twist on pizza: lobster, lambi and callalloo (the Caribbean spinach variety). We'll also try to accommodate our guests' special requests where possible.
We offer pasta dishes such as tagliatelle carbonara, salmon, pomodoro, and lasagne. And, provided we can source good-quality ingredients, we will also prepare shrimps flambeed with ricard, or sirloin steak.
Our most popular desserts are creme brulee, chocolate mousse, ice cream, and chocolate cake - all served with freshly ground and brewed espresso, cappuccino, or latte as per our guests' wishes.
